Shipping Info
1.Order Fulfillment (Free shipping for all orders)
Except for personalized custom products, your order will be ready for shipment within 1–2 business days as long as you provide a valid shipping address. We ship all international orders via USPS. Depending on your location, final delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
*If you need to change your shipping address or ordered items, additional shipping fees may apply. To save your time, please double-check your cart and shipping address before placing your order.
2.Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
3.Shipping Middle Eastern Region
Please note that shipments to the Middle Eastern region (the UAE, Bahrain, Israel, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman etc.) may experience delays. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages once the order has been shipped.
4.Duties and Fees (U.S. Orders & EU Orders)
The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties, taxes, and tariffs. We guarantee that there will be no additional charges upon delivery.
5.Duties and Fees (International Orders)
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, due to the complexity of international laws we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the total value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused or isn't picked up at the local USPS office, you are responsible for the shipping expenses and any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping.
6.Shipping Guarantee
We ship all orders with USPS to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. While we place our trust in their reliability, certain factors, such as weather conditions or unforeseen delays, may be beyond our control. If the tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 10 days as soon as possible at titanbalis@outlook.com. This allows us to file an investigation with the carrier while it is still possible. After this deadline, the carrier may no longer accept claims or investigation requests, making it much harder (or even impossible) to resolve your issue.
