1. Agreement Acceptance
By accessing this website, placing any order, purchasing our products (balisong), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any clause, please do not use this website or place orders.
2. Age & Legal Compliance
2.1 The products in this shop sold on this site are adult training only, The "blade" in the product is blunt and only used to simulate the weight and feel of the real blade. Buyers must be at least 21 years old to complete purchase.
2.2 It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to confirm that the possession, carrying, receiving and use of the products in this shop are legal under your local state, national and international customs laws. Our store shall not be liable for buyers’ illegal possession, carry or misuse of products.
2.3 We reserve the right to cancel orders, verify buyer ID, or refuse sales for any compliance reason without prior notice.
3. Order & Modification Rules
3.1 Except for personalized customized products, your order will be ready for shipment within 1–2 business days as long as you provide a valid shipping address.
3.2 If you need to change your shipping address or ordered items after order confirmation, additional shipping fees may apply. To save your time, please double-check your cart and shipping address before placing your order.
3.3 We do NOT ship to APO/FPO/DPO military/diplomatic addresses. Please do not fill in such addresses, or your order will be canceled directly.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
4.1 We deliver all international orders via USPS exclusively. Depending on your destination, standard final delivery takes 5–7 business days.
4.2 Business days exclude weekends, U.S. federal holidays and local public holidays.
4.3 Customs clearance inspection may cause delivery delay, which is beyond our control. Store will not take responsibility for customs detention, seizure or confiscation caused by buyer’s local laws.
5. Delivered Package Claim Rule
If the tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 10 days as soon as possible. This allows us to file an investigation with the carrier while it is still valid. After this deadline, the carrier will no longer accept loss claims or investigation requests, which will make issue resolution difficult or impossible to resolve.
6. Return & Refund
6.1 Custom personalized products are non-refundable, non-returnable unless products have factory quality defects.
6.2 Used, modified, scratched, disassembled All the products in this shop cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
6.3 Buyer shall bear return shipping fees for voluntary return; we cover return fees only for factory defective products.
7. Product Use Disclaimer
7.1 All the products in this shop are sold for adult collection, skill training and ornamental use only. Prohibited for violent use, public carrying, attacking others or illegal acts.
7.2 Buyer agrees to use the product safely, protect minors from touching the sharp blade. Our store is not liable for personal injury, property loss caused by improper operation, misuse or minor contact.
8. Order Cancellation
8.1 Orders can be canceled freely before shipment. Once shipped, order cancellation is not available, buyers need to follow return process after parcel arrival. Contact us at titanbalis@outlook.com.
8.2 Illegal address, fake identity, underage order, APO/FPO/DPO address order will be canceled unilaterally by our store.
9. Terms Revision
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time without individual notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page and take effect immediately after publication.
